The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The decor was stylish and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking -Danube and city Centre - offering a stunning panorama of the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room’s setup made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at Hotel Melia Vienna was a delightful experience. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The breakfast area was well-organized and had a pleasant ambiance, making it a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is one of its best features. It is situated in a calm area with excellent train connections, making it easy to explore Vienna. Despite being central, the location is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, there are convenient amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and a makeup store, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. I cannot praise Irina enough for her exceptional hospitality during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly welcoming demeanor. Irina’s attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every guest feels special truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. Her genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Irina’s ability to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful touches throughout my stay added a personal touch that made all the difference. Robert was also amazing during my stay, welcoming, kind, very attentive.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Our room big, with separate show and big bath but was opposite a construction site and when I asked to be moved to another room the manager Veronica was very helpful and accommodated us in a room with panoramic views a shower but no bath the next day. This so much better. Also the level lounge on 57th floor was lovely and Jo who worked there was a fantastic lady and could communicate with guests with her knowledge of 5 languages. She was so caring and looked after the guests very well. The tables were always cleaned ready to accept the next guests. I enjoyed talking to her. The finger food/nibbles was ok but they had drinks on a happy hour from 4-7pm. The metro was a few minutes walk from the hotel and easy to use to get into the city. We also had breakfast on level lounge for 2 mornings and 2 mornings in the main restaurant. There was more of a selection of food in the main reception so we continued to eat there. The only difference to the 57th floor breakfast room was the 360 degrees panoramic views.

I recently stayed at Melia Vienna and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind and feel comfortable. It was such a relief to come back to a clean and well-appointed room after a long day of exploring. The staff were another standout feature – everyone was so friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with any request. Their helpfulness really added to the overall experience. The hotel also provides parking, which is convenient if you’re traveling by car, though it comes with an additional fee. It’s nice to have that option, especially since parking in the city can be tricky.

I had a great stay at the Melia Vienna in October 2024. The room was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was not that comfortable, which can be improved to medium/firm mattress. Breakfast was a real highlight—there was a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options, from local pastries to international favorites, all served in a stylish setting. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it quick to explore Vienna’s main attractions.
